UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH DAKOTA LAW — Over the university’s spring break, seven University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law students consulted with clients and assisted with estate planning at the Tribal Wills Clinic on the Rosebud Sioux reservation. At the pro bono clinic, law students met with clients and mapped out their objectives, drafted a series of legal instruments to carry out those objectives, reviewed documents with clients and oversaw the formal execution and witnessing of an estate plan.
