UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI — Albert Jan van den Berg, who has been associated with and teaching in Miami Law’s White & Case International Arbitration LL.M. for a decade, has recently been named Distinguished Faculty Co-Chair of the program. Van den Berg is a highly distinguished academic, counsel, and arbitrator in the international arbitration field and handles international arbitration proceedings relating to various sectors and industries. He is one of the foremost experts on the New York Convention, which governs the recognition and enforcement of arbitral agreements and awards in 170 countries around the globe.
