Commercial and Consumer Law Scholarship Award
This award recognizes an individual whose scholarship in the area of commercial or consumer law has made a significant contribution to the field, whether through a single exceptional article or a career of sustained scholarly contributions.
Commercial and Consumer Law Section Award
The recipient of this award is an individual who has made significant and/or long-term contributions to the development of commercial and consumer law through legal scholarship and/or legal reform efforts.
