Florida Supreme Court approves rule allowing law graduates in state’s practice program more time to pass bar exam

LAW 360 — Law school graduates participating in a practice program will now be able to stay in the program for longer and have another chance to pass the Florida Bar before their certification expires, according to a rule change published by the Supreme Court of Florida Thursday.
