PEPPERDINE CARUSO SCHOOL OF LAW — On Monday, March 8, the Straus Institute hosted its first-ever Mediation Competition, bringing together 15 competitors, dozens of alumni, and top commercial mediators and lawyers as judges to evaluate and mentor students. Arizona Supreme Court approves first applicants for state’s new Alternative Business Structure license for legal providers

Wisconsin Supreme Court expands student practice rules and allows supervised practice for out-of-state law graduates

STATE BAR OF WISCONSIN — The Wisconsin Supreme Court has approved a petition that gives law students earlier opportunities for practical, hands-on experience through a rule that lets law students represent clients under the supervision of an attorney. The Wisconsin Access to Justice Commission filed a petition requesting modernization.

Florida State University Law launches Black Alumni Network
