VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL — John Bernard Marshall, age 97, peacefully passed away on September 25, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee.  Born August 2, 1927, in Omaha, Nebraska, John was the son of Reverend Benjamin H. Marshall and Bessie May Hatch Marshall and the brother of Marian Marshall Schumacher.
