HARVARD LAW TODAY — Seven professors have joined or advanced in the ranks of the Harvard Law School faculty. Harvard Law is welcoming former Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer ’64; labor policy expert Sharon Block; legal scholar and philosopher Ryan D. Doerfler ’13, formerly a professor of law at the University of Chicago; Jared Ellias, previously the Bion M. Gregory Chair in Business Law and the faculty director of the Center for Business Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco; and Larry Schwartztol, former White House lawyer focused on voting rights and democracy reform. In addition, Nikolas Bowie ’14 and Anna Lvovsky ’13 have both been promoted to professor of law.
