PENN STATE — The Women’s Law Caucus (WLC) presented the 30th Annual Hon. Sylvia H. Rambo Award Ceremony and Reception on March 19 at Penn State Dickinson Law in Carlisle, marking the first time the event was held since Judge Rambo’s passing in December 2024.
