Educators will leave with actionable insights on integrating AI tools into their curriculum responsibly, ensuring an inclusive learning environment. This session is a call to action for us to thoughtfully incorporate AI technology in our courses, championing success for every student.

Becka Rich, Assistant Dean for the Law Library and Technology Services at the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, is a dedicated educator and scholar with a passion for exploring the intersection of law, disability, technology, and education. Dean Rich teaches innovative compliance-focused courses in both the MLS and JD program, including AI and the Law, Disability Law, and Education Law. Her research interests focus on legal pedagogy, particularly around academic success for neurodivergent law students using artificial intelligence and she has recently presented on AI at AALS and the ABA TechShow. Dean Rich serves on the Drexel University Standing Committee on Artificial Intelligence and was involved in earlier university-wide working groups on artificial intelligence, including co-chairing the working group subcommittee on AI and pedagogy.
Jennifer Wondracek is the Director of the Law Library and a Professor of Legal Research and Writing at Capital University Law School. With extensive expertise in legal technology, she has held positions at the UF Legal Information Center and UNT Dallas College of Law, where she pioneered the first Practice-Related Technology Requirement for J.D. candidates in the US. Professor Wondracek’s focus includes VR, 360 photography, generative AI, and technology competence in the legal field. A frequent speaker at conferences and CLE events, she was recognized as an ABA LTRC Women of Legal Tech Honoree and a Fastcase50 member in 2021.
